Welcome to ViewFirst. By using our services, you agree to the Terms and Conditions below.


1. What We Do

ViewFirst is a concierge and property-access service that helps you arrange and manage:

  • Rental Property Listings (sourcing properties, verifying availability, listing details, coordinating with landlords/agents)

  • Property Viewing Services (scheduling, attending, or facilitating viewings on your behalf where applicable)

  • Accommodation & Relocation Support (moving, cleaning, basic repairs, and related services)

We coordinate and connect you with trusted third-party providers. We may not supply the service directly.


2. Your Responsibilities

To allow us to serve you effectively, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when submitting a request

  • Pay the agreed service or concierge fee before we confirm any booking or property viewing

  • Comply with any rules or requirements set by landlords, agents, building management, or service providers

  • Respect scheduled viewing times or notify us promptly if changes are needed


3. Payments

  • All service, listing, and concierge fees will be communicated upfront

  • Third-party costs (transport, labour, cleaning, moving services, etc.) are separate and quoted individually

  • Fees are non-refundable once a booking, listing, or service has been confirmed, unless required by law

  • ViewFirst does not collect rental deposits or rent payments


4. Cancellations

  • Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24–48 hours before the scheduled service or viewing

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be billed in full

  • For rental listing services, cancellation after listing activation may not be refunded


5. Third-Party Providers

  • We work with independent landlords, agents, cleaning companies, movers, and other service providers

  • While we aim to connect you with reliable partners, we are not responsible for their work quality, delays, accuracy of rental listings, or overall service delivery

  • Any disputes about the rental property, lease agreement, payments, or service quality must be resolved directly with the relevant provider

  • Property descriptions, pricing, and availability are the responsibility of the landlord or agent


6. Liability

ViewFirst cannot be held responsible for:

  • Delays, errors, or service issues caused by third parties

  • Inaccurate or outdated property listings provided by landlords or agents

  • Loss, damage, or inconveniences beyond our control

Our liability is limited to the value of the service fee paid to ViewFirst for the specific booking/service provided or listing service.


7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your personal information will only be used:

  • To facilitate your booking, viewing, or listing service

  • To coordinate with landlords, agents, or service providers involved in your request

Your information will not be shared for marketing purposes without consent.


8. Updates to These Terms

ViewFirst may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services means you accept any updated terms.
